We've used you for so long. I like Renee, and know that she has high standards. The crew always gets right to it and does a good job. They do cleaning that I can no longer do. We love the clean smell after they've been here.

Reliable - You show up every other week at approximately the same time. The schedule is rarely, if ever, switched. If I need to switch, you work with me to do so. Breakages have been rare, if at all. I think the price is reasonable for the time spent cleaning. For the most part, the crew does a good job. If I see something that needs attention and report it to you, it gets taken care of.

I really love that I have a specific time scheduled for me. I know I can count on your people to be here within the time period given me. I also really like the two guys who come to clean. They are super nice, get right to work & always do a great job. I love coming home to a thoroughly clean house. I'm pretty picky about neatness, etc., and I love that everything is clean at one time!! I would say that even though you have many customers, it feels more one-on-one; personal. I feel like if I had some sort of issue or problem (although I never have), I wouldn't hesitate to pick up the phone and discuss with you.

SSC has been my home cleaning provider for 12 years in 2 different homes in Cary, NC. Renee and her staff are professional, kind, thorough and trustworthy. I have never had a “bad” cleaning or had to call them back to redo something.  I like that she uses mild products and supplies everything needed. I do leave out special cleaner for hardwood floors that my home builder specifically recommended. I love coming home to a spotless home. Renee has a key to my home and comes and goes on my scheduled day. Over the years, she has become a friend to me and my family. My young adult sons have enjoyed many conversations with Renee when they happened to be home while the house was being cleaned. She’s handed out some good advice when they needed a kind heart for a little chat.

Renee’s team does a fantastic Job. They are professional, considerate, and she accommodates our schedule, pets and kids.  Her service is at a premium but she does a great job.

They are great.  They show up every Friday as promised and takes them about 2 to 2-1/2 hours to get through our house.  They are very thorough and I know what to expect every week.

I have been a client of “It Sparkles, It Shines, It’s Clean!” cleaning service since 2005. Some of the things I like about SSC is that you are safe in transporting cleaning products and you leave the decision of the use of harsher chemicals up to the client. I like that I have a set appointment day and time, every other week. I can always reach Renee and Jennifer when needed and if I have to email or leave a message, I know that it will be answered promptly. SSC has a good reputation and demonstrates professionalism in all ways. The consistent, excellent job of cleaning each and every time frees me up to work in my home office and to have more time to care for my family. We have used SSC since it opened. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the kindness of the owner, Renee Wilson, who has been a great friend to our family. We have a very large house, and we couldn’t manage without the SSC crew. Renee and her crew arrived punctually and then methodically proceeded to work on cleaning every possible item, surface, and area in my house.  Almost everything had acquired a thin film of fine dust as the result of some recent work that had been done on my bathroom, and they addressed this particular challenge in a highly efficient and effective way. They worked precisely and in harmony with one another to clean everything that could be cleaned.  Places that I’d never even thought to look were carefully washed, dusted, or polished over the course of four full hours. Additionally, Renee made a preliminary visit to my house to assess the dust situation and to give me a realistic estimate of the time, labor, and cost that would be involved. I found this aspect of the service to be very professional and helpful. For the amount of work that they did, and considering that this was an initial visit, I consider the cost to be fair and reasonable.  I will not hesitate to call on Renee and her crew in future for all of my housecleaning needs.  I recommend this company highly to anyone who seeks a professional, meticulous, and reasonably priced housecleaning service.
